Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast 2026 market impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for potential 2026 disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology readiness and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2023 validation)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across industries
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or foresight documents
