Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- 5+ years scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized governance models
- Proven ability to secure federal SBIR grants
- Portfolio of deployed systems with >1M users
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
