Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology foresight framework for 2026 ecosystem readiness
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive tech vectors and market inflection points
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technological trend briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and ROI
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Publishing record in technology foresight or peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
