Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D, innovation strategy, or emerging technology roles
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong public speaking skills with executive-level experience
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
