Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act standards
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into business operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies
- Present strategic vision at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year vision execution
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI ethics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech impacts
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ employees
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems architecture
- Certification in Sustainable Technology (GSTC)
