Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and disruptors to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of startups, researchers, and academic institutions
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders, investors, and industry forums
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed innovation thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching at least three breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published thought leader with keynote speaking experience at major tech conferences
