Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and bioengineers
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and brain-computer interfaces
- Partner with governments and NGOs to shape global tech policy for 2026
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough applications in quantum computing
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology (or equivalent industry experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and neuromorphic engineering
- Experience with UN technology policy initiatives
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
