Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends beyond 2026, including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech players and disruptors
- Author thought leadership papers and whitepapers on future technology paradigms
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging tools
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in predicting and capitalizing on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration, or spatial computing
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Published research on technological disruption or future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
