Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry transformation goals

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage partnerships with global tech ecosystems and academic research centers
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimental breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience with foresight methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
