Responsibilities

- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough AI and quantum computing applications
- Establish partnerships with national labs and academic institutions for cutting-edge R&D
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in technology ethics and responsible AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized technologies from concept to market
