Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption cycles (2018-2025 validation required)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
