- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business operations
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational projects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Mastery of scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
