- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure impact on innovation velocity and market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum) preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies a plus
