- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the AI division, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Integration & Optimization: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing product ecosystems, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish best practices for AI governance, ensuring all systems adhere to emerging regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a specialized AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
