Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, next-generation AI systems designed for the quantum computing era.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms that bridge the gap between classical and quantum computing.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding hardware engineers and data scientistsâto optimize system performance.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all deployed AI models and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
