Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy and infrastructure requirements to support business goals through 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance distributed systems that can handle exponential growth.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing concepts, Edge computing) into our core architecture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business vision into technical reality.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce best practices in code quality, security, and documentation across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Rust.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about long-term implications of technical decisions and system scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
