- Innovation Lab Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and validate disruptive solutions.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to anticipate shifts in AI, automation, and cloud computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with tech vendors, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Pilot Program Execution: Spearhead the deployment of experimental technologies, ensuring scalability and ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in a strategic or leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with a portfolio of successful presentations to executive boards.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, agile environments and pivoting strategies based on market feedback.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
