Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks for enterprise-scale operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive analytics models for 2026 market trends
- Architect intelligent process automation solutions using NLP, computer vision, and ML
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Optimize system performance through continuous A/B testing and ML model refinement
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Research emerging AI technologies and integrate cutting-edge tools into existing infrastructure
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with 3+ years in strategic automation leadership
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
