Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Proficiency with fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, equal opportunity)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Strong background in moral philosophy and applied ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
