Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Develop proactive policy blueprints for 2026-2030 technology governance cycles
- Lead cross-disciplinary working groups with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Conduct impact assessments for emerging technologies (neurotech, quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Represent the company at global technology governance summits and regulatory bodies
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic fairness and transparency
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field with ethics focus
- Minimum 7 years in AI governance, policy development, or tech ethics
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record influencing technology legislation or corporate policy
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in technology ethics or policy journals
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
