- Partner with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Document ethical guidelines and best practices for internal teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, AI Act)
- Experience with AI model explainability (XAI) and transparency tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Published work on AI ethics or contributed to industry guidelines
