Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of AI adoption in regulated industries

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical guidelines

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation in machine learning systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in AI ethics or futurism (NeurIPS, AAAI journals)
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical analysis for global tech deployment
