Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and compliance with emerging regulations
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Develop industry standards for explainable AI (XAI) and responsible data practices
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in policy discussions and industry forums
- Train stakeholders on AI ethics best practices and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning model architectures and deployment challenges
- Proven track record in developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or technology policy
