Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and machine learning models
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact evaluations for new AI initiatives

- Develop governance policies for AI transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech governance roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles and AI system architectures
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating complex ethical dilemmas
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with bias detection and mitigation in AI systems
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations or research
