Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide deployment
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update policies proactively
- Author impact assessments for high-risk AI applications
- Represent the company at industry ethics forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with tech companies
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience designing ethics review boards and governance committees
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI systems and model architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields is highly desirable
