Responsibilities

- Author whitepapers on emerging AI ethics challenges and solutions
- Advocate for responsible AI practices with C-suite executives and regulators
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing AI ethics frameworks or responsible AI programs
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
