Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Represent company at global AI policy summits and regulatory bodies
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance tracking
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Ethics)
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics committees
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes across 3+ countries
