Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development pipelines
- Produce regulatory compliance documentation and audit trails
- Monitor industry trends in AI ethics and update policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Strong analytical skills with regulatory documentation experience
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
