Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessment frameworks for AI systems processing sensitive biometric and behavioral data
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Develop compliance protocols for next-gen neuro-interfaces and emotion recognition technologies
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for public-private partnerships in AI governance
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for emergent ethical risks in autonomous decision-making
- Proactively develop position papers on quantum ethics and AI consciousness thresholds
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field with specialization in AI governance
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent professional credential
- 5+ years experience in tech compliance with proven track record in emerging technology verticals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving state-level regulations
- Expertise in bias detection techniques across diverse datasets and ML architectures
