Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into SDLC processes
- Produce stakeholder reports on AI impact assessments and ethical compliance
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI development practices
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with emphasis on ethical implications
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech or healthcare sectors
- Strong background in applied ethics and moral philosophy
- Published research or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
