Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for quantum/neural interface technologies
- Lead cross-functional ethics task force with engineering, legal, and social science teams
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption before regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Conduct scenario planning for 2026-era ethical dilemmas (e.g., cognitive privacy, autonomous accountability)
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical guardrails in development lifecycles
- Establish third-party audit protocols for algorithmic bias and transparency
- Represent company at global AI governance summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or technology governance
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neurotechnology ethical challenges
- Proven track record influencing national/international AI policy
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience leading cross-organizational ethics initiatives
- Published work on AI alignment or technological ethics
- Strong network in academic ethics and policy communities
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF standards
