Our Austin-based innovation hub offers unparalleled resources including a quantum-secured testbed and neuro-ethical simulation labs. This position reports directly to our Chief Futurist and offers executive visibility in the emerging AI ethics landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI algorithms for bias mitigation and fairness
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging neuro-technologies
- Chair the 2026 Global AI Ethics Consortium's working groups
- Create quantum-resistant ethical auditing protocols
- Advocate for human-centric AI standards at international forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or ethical technology leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous system ethics
- Experience with quantum computing security frameworks
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in neuro-ethical simulation environments
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI)
- Fluency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
