Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with fairness/auditing tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
