Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish transparent AI documentation standards
- Advocate for ethical AI practices through executive briefings and stakeholder education
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment lifecycle
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
