Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to integrate ethical design principles into ML pipelines
- Advocate for inclusive AI practices through stakeholder education and policy development
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and update governance protocols proactively
- Represent the organization at international AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies and audit protocols
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) or equivalent expertise
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into operational guidelines
