Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Lead AI bias audits and fairness assessments across 15+ product lines
- Develop auditable transparency protocols for quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 8+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record implementing governance frameworks for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech ethics initiatives
- Strong background in explainable AI (XAI) and adversarial attack mitigation
- Published work in AI ethics or peer-reviewed conference presentations
