Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for quantum/neural network deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineering and product teams
- Develop industry-standard transparency protocols for explainable AI
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through policy briefs and stakeholder education
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies on AI safety standards for 2026+ systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Experience with quantum computing ethical frameworks preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Public speaking experience at AI ethics conferences or industry forums
