Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional bias audits and fairness assessments for all AI systems
- Develop transparency protocols for automated decision-making processes
- Create governance policies for third-party AI integrations and data sharing
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies and applications
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and compliance standards
- Represent the company in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience developing organizational governance policies and procedures
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and societal implications
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPM, CIPP/E) preferred
