Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI development and deployment
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with engineers, legal teams, and external partners
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, state-level legislation)
- Create audit trails for AI decision-making processes using explainable AI tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and ethical frameworks
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) tools like SHAP or LIME
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
