Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder education
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscape and update compliance strategies
- Lead incident response protocols for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in fairness toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ML model lifecycle and deployment ethics
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., CertEthics AI, DeepMind Fellowship)
