Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI development pipelines
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and update mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to embed ethics-by-design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment and scenario planning
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
