Responsibilities
- Develop ethical guidelines for generative AI and predictive analytics systems
- Conduct bias audits in machine learning models using advanced statistical methods
- Create governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Advocate for human-centric design principles in AI product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI ethics with engineering and legal teams
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt compliance strategies
- Document ethical risks and mitigation plans for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42071 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-tech environments
- Strong background in applied philosophy or technology ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
