Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Develop governance protocols for data privacy and algorithmic transparency
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends and advise strategic adaptations
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for ethical AI feedback
- Create audit trails and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with responsible AI frameworks (e.g., Google's PAIR, IBM's AI Fairness 360)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into policy documents
