Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Proven track record of implementing ethics frameworks in high-impact AI environments
- Strong familiarity with evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics committees or similar governance bodies
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics, responsible innovation, or technology governance
- Certification in AI ethics or related governance discipline preferred
