Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for quantum-entangled systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on autonomous decision algorithms
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring dashboards for AI operations
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on value-aligned AI training protocols
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers and product teams
- Author position papers on AI ethics for 2030 regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neural network transparency methods
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Certification in EU AI Act compliance and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Experience designing ethics-by-design systems for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment tools (e.g., Algorithmic Impact Assessments)
- Deep knowledge of emerging 2026 AI regulations (US AI Bill of Rights, EU AI Act 2.0)
