Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (OECD, EU AI Act)
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning systems
- Develop governance policies for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycles
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagements on ethical AI practices
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
