Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment across 15+ product lines
- Live cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations in SDLC processes
- Monitor global regulatory evolution and proactively adapt compliance strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagements with industry bodies and regulatory committees
- Create transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Strong technical literacy in ML/DL architectures and deployment pipelines
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts
