Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments
- Develop compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (2026+)
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Lead stakeholder engagements on ethical AI transparency
- Research emerging risks in generative AI and predictive models
- Produce audit reports and improvement roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Framework
- Experience with ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI) required
