Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop predictive ethics protocols for emerging AI capabilities (2026 horizon)
- Collaborate with legal teams to establish compliance with evolving AI regulations
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI development, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Experience with large language model governance and autonomous system ethics
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields
