Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI experience
- Published research in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model development and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations in production systems
